The Sydney Forum for Architecture and Urban Design (SFAUDI) is a not-for-profit media and design leadership association, dedicated to promoting research and discussion of architectural and placemaking issues concerning Sydney, as well as other cities across the globe.
SFAUDI supports the fundamental premise that heritage should consist of those places valued by communities. Since 2014, Anne has been the elected Vice-president of SFAUDI, the Sydney Forum for Architecture and Urban Design.

Save Manly Oval

savemanlyoval.com.au

In 2016, Anne was approached by the Save Manly Oval Alliance to help prepare a document that would establish the heritage significance of Manly Oval and help to save it from redevelopment as part of a Council carpark. The Save Manly Oval campaign was ultimately successful in preventing the inappropriate development of the Oval site, and the Alliance has now submitted an application to the NSW Heritage Council to have Manly Oval listed as an item of State Significance. See link below for Anne’s document establishing the Significance of Manly Oval.

Millers Point

As a resident of Millers Point, Anne is involved with the RAG (Resident Action Group) which meets monthly at the Harry Jensen Centre and with the Community Garden Group. Anne is a member of the RAG sub-group on Urban Design.
